On the majority of deliveries, and wherever possible, Zero E will deliver your E-Scooter and help you with the install, set-up and guide you through the settings. All E-Escooters are thoroughly checked and delivered fully charged, with tyres at correct pressures and brakes calibrated.
For all E-Scooter purchases we offer free delivery throughout the UK Mainland either by Zero E (with set-up and install), Parcelforce Worldwide, DPD, Hermes, DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT. All E-Scooter deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

For all non E-Scooter purchases (Accessories & Spare Parts) we offer free delivery throughout the UK Mainland either by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Parcelforce Worldwide, DPD, Hermes, DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT.
Items not in stock - Any out of stock items will be denoted as such within their individual product pages on our website. Customers will still be able to order these items which will be despatched as soon as we have them in stock. Please call or email us if you have any questions on expected delivery times.

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. After careful inspection of the item, and if satisfactory, we will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- We advise that you keep all packaging, wrapping, charger boxes and all product accessory packaging for at least 30 days in case you need to return items to us.
- Wrapping your returned item in bubble wrap before inserting into final packaging will also help to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition.

- Please note that we do not pay for shipping/postage costs on returns. Delivery costs must be paid for by you if a refund is required. If it is an exchanged item we will cover the cost of the return. Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. After checking and inspecting your returned item we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to reach your account.

Defects & Damages

Exceptions & Non-returnable items

All of our Electric Scooters include a one year manufacturers guarantee.
The battery, controller and motor engines are covered under warranty for one year with defective components replaced. Wherever possible, we will install and replace the defective part for you.
